How could Everyman’s Library released two different The Arabian Nights books with the same jacket artwork? The first one, The Arabian Night II (1998), collected and translated by Husain Haddawy. This book is actually a collection of (scholars believe it as) non-original arabian-nights stories, including the famous story about Sinbad’s seven voyages. The second one, edited by Wen-chin Ouyang (2014), compiled almost all of the famous stories from arabian-nights, showcasing many translators, from the classic Richard Burton to John Payne.
